Sometimes Google Acquisitions Work Out Great

This is the first time this week I got a positive surprise from Google. Someone on Google+ was saying that Snapseed is a great alternative to Instagram. And I couldn’t agree more. Snapseed is a photo editing app like no other. Very intuitive and very fast. Before Google acquired them some months ago the app cost around 5 euros, but the first thing Google did was make it free and of course integrated it with Google+. Right now the app works great. Let’s see what happens when the Google iOS developers get their hands on it. They can break the UX in one iteration, like Gmail, Google+ and YouTube on iOS.
