This is the first blogpost from my colleague Wim Gerrits in a series about the 10 myths of network automation. One big difference with every other blog is that he is writing it from a business perspective:
Many people believe that “networks and automation” are a logical combination and that business critical networks are automated in one way or the other. Unfortunately, the opposite is true. While automation capabilities for systems and applications have emerged significantly during the past 10 years, networks are the last bastion when it comes to automation.
And this is only the first of ten! Even I can’t wait for the rest.
